Per-user or flat?
Per-user, except Free (capped at 3 members) and Solo (1 seat by definition). We considered flat pricing and decided it punishes small teams.
Can I change tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade is instant and prorated. Downgrade applies at the next renewal — keeps things honest.
Do you offer non-profit / startup discounts?
Yes. 50% off for registered non-profits, and YC/Techstars/500/Antler companies in their first year. Email fajri.illahi1211@gmail.com with a one-liner.
What if I'm grandfathered and don't upgrade for two years?
You stay at founder pricing forever, including when we ship Pro+ features. Loyalty isn't a Q4 promo for us.
